This class quickly became one of the favorites at NWMA!
The goal of our conditioning class is to break free from traditional weight and strength training routines. Olympic lifts, Kettle bells, Dumbbells, Treadmills, Rowers, Pull ups, Rope climbing, Gymnastics, and Medicine Balls are mixed in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. This helps to insure each workout is different from the last, keeping your workouts new and fresh every time!
Conditioning class is a perfect addition to improve your skills in martial arts training, biking, swimming, mountain climbing, running, hiking, etc. It’s already helped several people in our facility reach goals they never thought possible!
Each individual works out at their own pace, but that’s not without the help of our instructors pushing you, to insure you give nothing more than your best! This class is all about challenging yourself and accomplishing goals you thought were unattainable.
